Helpful Information

1. You may print the entire book or a few pages at a time.

To print a chapter or a few pages at a time just find the range of pages you wish to print in the PDF.

2. Use 8 1/2 x 11 paper

3. Portrait Setting . Although the print portrait setting is used, the pages will print correctly in landscape.

4. Double sided printing is highly recommended

If printing double sided, begin printing on READ CHAPTER # page. This will place the GUIDE page and the corresponding page in the proper position.

5. For convenience I use pre-punched 3 hole paper and use a 3 ring binder.

6. All pages are black and white except for front and back covers

Covers are located at the end of the file. Card stock is recommended for the front and back cover and may be printed in color if desired
